Perfect Cadence Paddle Fitness offers private and group lessons for paddlers of all abilities. Our Intro to SUP lesson is perfect for beginners who have little or no paddling experience. The Intro to SUP lesson covers water safety, equipment, body position, and basic paddling and turning skills. For those who have been paddling for awhile and are looking to improve their technique and skill set, we offer advanced paddling lessons. In these lessons students will focus on improving their paddling technique through a stroke analysis and will focus on more advanced turns and board handling. Intro to Racing Clinic 90min $60 per person
1hr lesson (1-4 people) $50 per person
2hr lesson (1-2 people) $75 per person
2hr lesson (3-4 people) $65 per person
*ALL lessons include board, paddle and life jacket
*$10 discount if you have your own board and paddle
Race Training Class
Perfect Cadence Paddle Fitness offers group race training classes. Each class is designed to improve cardio conditioning, practice race specific skills, learn race strategy and most of all have fun. Students will practice race specific skills (buoy turns, starts, etc..) as well as improve their strength and cardio conditioning through a series of drills and exercises. Call for schedule….
Perfect Cadence Paddle Fitness offers surfing and paddle surf lessons. Lessons are limited to two people to maximize instruction time and to assure safety in the ocean environment. Lessons are scheduled for 90 minutes and are weather permitting.
$65 per person (all equipment provided)
*All students will be required to wear a leash
*$15 discount if equipment is not needed
*Please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time
